Sales planning & target setting analyst
Overview:
Sales Planning & Target Setting Analyst - Contract determinat pana la intorcerea din CIC a titularului de post Manage target setting process for Romania (all Channels, Pepsico Employee and Distributors) for all KPIs inside of bonus schemes, incentive programs and sales action plans Build, update and upgrade target setting files, to set up the monthly target in perfect alignment with stakeholders as well as cascading monthly targets to Field Work together with Sales Channel Heads which are target owners, in order incorporate all their requirements
Responsibilities:
Responsible for target setting templates; have an initial proposal based on history and create transparency in the process Responsible for gathering and consolidating returned figures and publishing the final target for all sales people categories Responsible to collect from field, consolidate and present to stakeholders on a weekly bases LE by channel Responsible to manage and to issue, a set of sales reports as tools to control our business performance during the month Checking the accuracy and prepare data export from Access database Commitment to deliver on time, at required quality and accuracy the target setting figures Offers suggestions to optimize the target setting process by incorporating new business requirements Involvement in GTM current needs or special projects Supporting any GTM Transformation project with necessary sales data Producing all sort of analyses and specific reports requested on demand

University degree; Min 2 years experience in sales reporting/forecasting/data analyis; Skills:
Laguages:
english - medium; Good PC skills (Microsoft Office good level of Excel knowladge) Strong communication and negotiation skills Stress resilience; Results oriented; Analytical thinking; Team player.
